Is it still possible since nerfs on mystic regen or does it work fine? i dont have it but thought i might make one if i get bored

It is viable on many groups/bosses but ones with excessive degen are harder or unable to be farmed now.

your best bet is to put 13 into earth prayers so you get 4 pips of regen per enchant or maybe take healing breeze instead of one of your attack skills.
